Overview of your workspace.
No production units are waiting for a decision.
When a provider attempt ends with an unknown outcome or an error, the production unit waits here. Nothing is retried or failed automatically — operator decision required.
No production units yet.
Each production unit turns one idea into one finished video.
No projects yet.
Projects will group related production units.
No cost events recorded.
Actual cost is calculated only from recorded cost events — never estimated after the fact.
source_videovoiceREADYNo activity yet.
Provider attempts, assets and decisions will appear here in order.
Group related production units.
Blueprint concept: “Project” is not yet defined in the ACF domain model. Its exact meaning will be decided before implementation.

Production units and their provider attempts.
| Production unit | Length | State | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mountain lake Example | 30 s | AWAITING_DECISION | Source video attempt: OUTCOME_UNKNOWN |
| City at night Example | 15 s | READY | Final asset created (video/mp4) |
| Aurora Example | 20 s | FAILED | Marked FAILED by the operator |
Operator actions are not exposed through an unprotected public endpoint. Intermediate states between submission and READY are defined in the background-execution design, which is not finished yet, so they are not shown.

Operator actions belong to the future operator interface and are not available in Workspace.

SUBMITTING Before the provider call: submission_started_at not set. During the call: set, task ID not yet saved.
OUTCOME_UNKNOWN After a restart, only an attempt that had started the call but had no saved task ID.
Other statuses are defined in PROVIDER_ATTEMPT_DATA_MODEL.md and are not shown here.
No cost events recorded for this unit.
Cost events are append-only. The unit’s actual cost is the sum of its recorded events.

In the current ACF model, finished content is the final video asset of a production unit in READY. A separate “Content” entity is not defined — this screen is a view over production results.

Who is building Zhemlio, and where the project is today.
Zhemlio is an AI video production platform for small businesses. You describe your product, and Zhemlio plans, generates and assembles a finished video ad, ready for YouTube, TikTok and Reels, in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Zhemlio is built by Serhii Filimonov, founder, in Dnipro, Ukraine. It is an independent, self-funded project.
The production core is built and tested: video and voiceover assembly, quality checks of the final file, and tracking of every paid generation and its cost.
Next is a validation experiment on real small-business briefs, then an early beta for our waitlist. See the dated progress log.
We don't show invented results, fake reviews or made-up numbers. Images on this site are concept visuals, and the workspace screens are a concept of the future product. When something is real, it will appear on the progress log, with dates.

Generated video and voiceover are assembled into one file with FFmpeg, then the final file is checked before it is accepted.
A clip generated through a video-generation API, combined with an AI voice and assembled by the pipeline.
Each paid provider attempt and its cost is recorded, so the real cost of every video is known.
Six real small-business briefs, compared against existing ways of making video ads.
First users create real videos.
